By purchasing, installing, or using our products or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein.

  • eSIM: A digital SIM enabling access to mobile networks without a physical SIM card.
  • Plan: A country, regional, or global connectivity package purchased from TNS.
  • Services: The eSIM products, website, mobile apps, and related offerings provided by TNS.
  • User: Any individual who purchases, installs, or uses a TNS eSIM.

3. Eligibility and Device Compatibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase and use the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Your device supports eSIM technology
  • Your device is unlocked
  • Your device is compatible with the selected plan

TNS is not responsible for incompatibility due to device limitations or carrier restrictions.

4. Nature of the Service

TNS provides digital eSIM connectivity services only. We are not a mobile network operator. Network coverage, speed, latency, and availability depend on local network partners and conditions beyond our control.

Service performance may vary by destination.

5. Ordering and Purchase

5.1 Order Placement

Orders are placed through the TNS website or mobile applications. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

5.2 Pricing

Prices are displayed at checkout and may include applicable taxes or fees unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Payment

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. TNS does not store full payment card details.

6. Delivery of eSIM

  • Your eSIM will be delivered digitally
  • Installation instructions will be provided via email, app, or account dashboard

Delivery is considered complete once installation details are made available.

7. Activation and Validity

  • eSIM plans typically activate upon first connection to a supported network
  • Validity periods begin from activation unless otherwise stated
  • Unused plans may expire after a defined period

8. Usage Rules

  • eSIMs may be installed on one device at a time
  • Transfers between devices may be limited
  • Fair usage policies may apply
  • Excessive or abusive usage may result in suspension or termination

9. Calls, SMS, and Data

Plans may be data-only or bundled with calls and SMS. Details vary by plan and destination.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated
  • Activated or installed eSIMs are generally non-refundable
  • Refunds may be considered for verified technical failures and payment will be refunded with in 3 x working days.

11. Suspension and Termination

TNS reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services without notice if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Fraud or misuse is suspected
  • Legal or regulatory obligations require action

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • TNS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • TNS’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected plan

This includes loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

13. Disclaimer

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. TNS makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Network availability
  • Coverage quality
  • Data speeds
  • Uninterrupted service

14. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, and content are owned by TNS or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the Services without prior written consent.

15. Personal Data

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data as described therein.

16. Changes to These Terms

TNS may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and apps. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
